Raspberry Balsam Vinegar
Drizzle over ice-cream, pancakes or waffles. Combine with Delicious Lemon Oil for a salad dressing or try with a traditional Yorkshire pudding.
Fig Balsam Vinegar
Combine with Lemon infused or plain Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a fruity salad dressing or add a splash to the roasting pan to make special gravy for your Pork or Chicken.
Garlic Infused Olive Oil
Drizzle liberally over a baguette and then bake in the oven for perfect garlic bread. Combine with our Lemon infused Olive Oil for a salad dressing. Drizzle over fish then bake or vegetables then roast!

Try roasting crispy lardons & cabbage with a few drops. For a dessert fold into slightly softened vanilla ice cream & return to the freezer until ready to serve.
