"I love going to the Arch House Deli have been there a countless number of times, my personal favourite are the cheese boards, I'm very into goats cheese, and the snowdonia cheddar, but of course the best is the CHEVRE D' ARGENTAL, which, I always have, I'm sure I'll be back soon." Made from the milk of the farms East Friesland Sheep, in Berkswell, West Midlands.  The cheese is aged for up to 6 months and results in a hard cheese often compared to Manchego, although in reality it has a softer texture than traditional Spanish Manchego.
Also great for cooking with as it grates easily and can be used as an alternative to Parmesan in many dishes.  Berkswell has won many awards both in the UK and abroad.

The cheese has a sweet and nutty taste with an element of caramel.

Brie de Meaux is the finest of the Bries and has a smooth runny texture, with a strong yet creamy flavour.  Made with raw milk and it takes about 25 litres of milk to make a single large cheese.

It’s really important to allow Brie to reach room temperature before eating to ensure the full range of flavours and texture are achieved.

Taleggio dates back to the 10th Century and was originally created as a way of reserving local milk from Lombardia, Italy, where the cheese was ripened in the local caves. The outer layer is often covered in natural moulds and we'd strongly recommend eating the rind as well as the inner to get the full flavour of the cheese. Taleggio needs to be allowed to get to room temperature to get the real benefit from this classic Italian cheese.
