In his verdict he said "This was a good value, high quality lunch, but then it should come as no surprise that one of the best delis in Britain has such a perfectly formed little cafe hidden away at the back of the shop."
"Great little deli, just want to eat everything in the shop! Lots of good options for foodie presents and a great, very reasonable option for lunch. The platters are great and definitely big enough to share between 2. Nice space to eat indoors and out." GR S - TripAdvisor review
"We planned our whole Saturday around this place after I read the reviews. My partner and I ordered sandwiches, I had Milano Salami with Brie, he had a Newyorker which was piled high high pastrami, emmental and gherkins. Whilst we waited for them we perused the shop which has tons of delicious things and you could easily spend a fortune but the quality of produce is outstanding. The sandwiches were carefully wrapped in paper and looked so big we didn't think we'd have room for cake (we'll have to go back another day, yey). As it was a sunny day we sat in Victoria Square and had a mini picnic and it was a lovely day, thanks Arch House Deli!" Grapejuice - TripAdvisor review
"Found the deli when wandering around Clifton on a visit to see my brother in Bristol. Whilst sheltering from the rain in the archway I was drawn in by the beautiful shop, displays and found the cafe at the back. A small table for children was taken advantage by my 3 year old who was the most behaved in any restaurant ever!.. The cakes and coffee's were perfect, along with the atmosphere. My wife then proceeded to find many fantastic products from the deli, loads of ideas & ingredients for meals, gifts, and just to try for the sake of it. just wish we had a local shop which sold sweet chili jam as i have been addicted but now its ran out." "We popped in last Saturday lunchtime as we'd been walking past the previous week and seen some people eating the most amazing looking sandwiches, well we were not disappointed. It was more than obvious that you had to order inside at the counter, it was stated on the menu and also on other items on the table. We ordered two sandwiches and these were all delivered to us very quickly and were delicious, we opted for granary bread which had been thickly cut and the sandwiches were very deeply filled. The coffees were also very good. We will certainly become regular customers once we move to Bristol." Samiloupepperell - TripAdvisor review
