We've got a busy programme of free tasting events leading up to Christmas. Today Will from Hobbs House Bakery is running a tasting of our favourite breads and on Saturday we'll be letting you taste all of our favourite wines.

We've also got loads more planned in on the run up to Christmas and all are free, so have a look at our schedule and drop in and give them a try.

We are delighted to announce that on 5th September 2011 at the Great Taste Awards annual dinner we were awarded the title of the UK's 2011 Deli of the Year. To be independently chosen as the top delicatessen in the whole country has been truly rewarding and the resultant press coverage has been fantastic.

However, we don't plan to rest on our laurels and we continue to look for new ways to improve what we do and the range of products and services we offer. We are always keen to know if there are any products you'd like to see us stocking, events we should be running or things we can do to improve.
