Catering - Terms and Conditions
Ideally at least 72 hours notice is required, but we will endeavour to cater for last-minute
bookings where possible.
There is no minimum order for catering services that are to be collected from the Deli with
the equipment returned back to the Deli.
The minimum order for catering services that are to be delivered is £25, plus £7.50 delivery
charge within the area. A further £7.50 is charged for equipment collection if this does not
coincide with a further delivery. Delivery is free of charge for orders over £50 and within the area. Delivery fees for outside of the area are available on request and the supply of the venue postcode.
Food is supplied on platters, boards and bowls that need to be returned/collected within 3 days. Any breakages or non returns are chargeable at cost price.
We can provide napkins and wooden disposable knives, forks and spoons but we do not supply plates, cutlery, serving spoons, cheese knives, bread knives or glasses.
All prices quoted are ex-VAT. VAT (20.0%) is added to the total cost at the point of invoice.
· For businesses, invoices are issued at month end and payable within 30 days.
· For personal customers 50% deposit is required 1 week prior to the event in order to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due at the point of collection/delivery.
Final payments can be made by cash, cheque or card in store, or by cash or cheque if delivered to a venue. We regret we cannot take card payments outside of the Deli.
Cancellations are only chargeable for anything that has already been made or pre-ordered by us specifically for your buffet that we cannot cancel ourselves.
