Take the pressure off entertaining with a gourmet buffet feast from Arch House Deli. Whether it’s for a special celebration at home or providing a buffet lunch for your Clients at work, Arch House Deli can cater for your needs using our finest delicatessen goodies. Our new Catering Menu contains 2 example set menus but we’ve also included the individual prices for all items so you can mix and match to get the right buffet for you. It includes both savoury and sweet options, as well as example complete dinner-party dishes that can be reheated at home.
The following details some examples of outside catering options offered by Arch House Deli. All prices are subject to VAT.

Sandwiches are mixed meat and vegetarian unless otherwise requested, on a variety of breads. Examples include our popular New Yorker with Pastrami, Emmental Cheese, Gherkins, Sauerkraut, Mayonnaise and Lettuce, through to our Mediterranean Spice with our own home-made hummus, black olives and rose harissa paste.
Fruit is washed and ready to eat, provided as a mixed platter based on what’s in season. One portion is equivalent to 1 apple or 1 banana or a handful of grapes or 2 slices of melon, etc.
Our Crisps are in 40g bags supplied by Cornish Crisp Company.
Cakes are mixed selections from our own daily range of beautifully decorated cup cakes, tray bakes such as Tiffin or Banana & Chocolate, Spiced Oat Cookies, or our famous Polenta cakes suitable for a Gluten Free diet.
Savoury Buffet Spread - £8.99 a head
· 2 scoops per person from our salad bar
· 1 scoop per person of marinated nibbles
· 1 thick wedge per person of cheese with chutney
· 1-4 slices per person of charcuterie
· 1 quarter piece per person of a savoury tartlet
· 1 portion of bread/crackers & butter
Salads from our Deli counter are all made on site by our in-house Chef and could include varieties such as Red Cabbage Coleslaw, Roast Vegetable Cous Cous, Thai Rice Salad, Pasta Salad, Spinach with Beetroot & Smoked Goats Cheese, etc.
Examples of marinated nibbles include feta stuffed peppers, dolmades, anchovy fillets, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, borettane onions in Modena balsamic vinegar, marinated funghi, and mixed olives.
Depending on numbers, 2+ different Cheeses will be selected and displayed as a full cheeseboard for your guests to help themselves to. Unless otherwise requested we would aim to include a mix of a hard cheese, soft cheese and a blue cheese, with 1 of these potentially being from goat or ewe’s milk. Vegetarian and Pasteurised choices are also available if needed. A suitable amount of Chutney is also provided. Depending on numbers, 3+ different charcuterie options will be selected, including examples such as English ham,
Spanish Serrano Ham or Picante Chorizo, Italian Mortadella, Spianata Romana Picante, Felino,
Milano, Napoli Salami, or French Duck, Goose or Pork Patés.
Our savoury tartlets are baked fresh on site, using our available cheeses and meats so flavours vary daily. Unless otherwise requested we would make half vegetarian and half meat. They are 3-4 inches diameter and cut into quarters to create bite sized pieces.
For the bread option we supply French baguettes with a variety of different crackers. We also supply rolls of Lescure Normandy butter.
Bite-Sized Snack - £7.50 a head
· 60g borettane onions in balsamic vinegar (approx 4) per person
· 80g dolmades (approx 3) per person
· 65g feta-stuffed peppers (approx 3) per person
· 60g sun-dried tomato halves (approx 4) per person
· 100g mixed olives per person
· Breadsticks (approx 5) and 50g of Dips (e.g. Tapenade, Hummus) per person
· Napkins and Cocktail Sticks
Note that due to the size of the Breadstick packets, this option is only available for a minimum of 6 portions.
Savoury Optional Extras
We can mix and match from the above options and you can also add in:

Cooked Dishes
· Soup (approx £6.50 per litre)
· Meat based dishes (approx £60 per casserole dish, serves 10-15)
· Vegetarian based dishes (approx £50 per casserole dish, serves 10-15)
· Side dishes (approx £40 per casserole dish, serves 10-15)
Soups are vegetarian and usually gluten free and dairy free. Meat examples include Lamb Lasagne, Chorizo & Tomato stew, Beef Casserole. Vegetarian examples include Lentil Nut Roast, Cous Cous Cheese Bake, Spicy Chickpea stew, Spinach and Mushroom Lasagne. Side dish examples include Dauphinoise Potatoes or Roasted Mixed Veg.
Dishes are pre-cooked, requiring you to re-heat them only, either in an oven or microwave, or saucepan for stews. Final prices are calculated once the exact ingredients for the dish are confirmed.

The tray bakes can be made from Polenta & Almond or Sponge, or more often are made as Tiffin from sponge and broken biscuits with dried fruits and nuts.
The sweet tartlets use a sweet pastry case and egg custard mix with a variety of different
fillings, such as:

The Polenta and Almond cakes are Gluten Free, but all other options contain wheat flours.
Most of our cakes also use dairy free spread, just ask for more details. Please note that all
dishes, sweet and savoury, are made in an environment containing nuts, honey, milk, soya
and gluten.
