Pop-up Indian cookery night
Collectively Artisan ceramics and Clifton’s award winning Arch House Deli invite you to an evening of fine Indian dining with chef and food writer Manju Malhi on 7:30pm April 15th 2014 at Arch House Deli, Bristol (BS8 4AA).
Our exclusive pop-up Indian cookery night is sure to be the most delicious treat, with awardwinning chef Manju Malhi creating superb Indian dishes to delight the senses. The evening includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, a three course meal, a half bottle of wine and coffee per person.
Manju was raised in northwest London where she learnt to cook both Asian and British food with panache. Her award winning cookbook Brit Spice brought these two cuisines together with brilliant flair. Passionate about demystifying Indian food, Manju gives live cookery workshops around the country and appears regularly on television shows - most recently, BBC2's Paul Hollywood's Pies and Puds. At our event Manju will be demonstrating a beautifully flavoursome, deceptively simple dish using freshly ground spices to get the tastebuds tingling before guests feast on more just-prepared delights. Signed copies of Manju's Easy Indian Cookbook will be on sale at the event, and the food will be served on vibrant tableware by Collectively Artisan.
Places are limited to just 20 and priced at £35 per person - Book online
